KSM Projects is a newly formed company offering plastering and drylining services throughout the Southeast of England, with over 20 years of experience combined, on projects within the commercial and residential sector, we hold a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the industry. At KSM, we value ourselves a little differently to our competitors. We promise a high standard of workmanship and commitment to deadlines, but just as importantly, we pride ourselves on being a pleasure to work alongside. We strive for secure connections built on trust and respect. An exceptional final product, delivered on time should go without saying, but to be able to produce this whilst retaining strong working relationships is really where we see a lack of competition within the industry.

Meet the team 

Steve Meredith 

Personally, I have owned and managed a plastering company since my early 20’s, starting out as team of two, we quickly expanded and built a team of highly sought after tradesmen. My experience running a business, managing our workforce whilst remaining hands on working on site has given me well-rounded knowledge in what it takes to get the job done whilst keeping both the client and the team happy. 

With projects ranging from multi million-pound residences in the heart of the UK’s most prestigious estates to schools, hospitals and high end care homes. There isn’t much, if anything, I haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with. 

I’ve always had a strong belief that, in the forefront, if we can produce a top-quality finish, whilst working in harmony with those around us, then we will have a successful business. 

Kane Smith

I started out in the construction industry at the age of 17 as a shopfitter/dryliner, I gained invaluable experience and working methods, progressing onto starting my own interior fit out company in my early 20s. I spent the next few years managing and overseeing multiple projects  and operatives with the aim to achieve a high standard of work, on time and within budget all while maintaining a healthy relationship with our clients or contractors.

I had the urge to further my knowledge within the industry, going onto achieving my level 7 NVQ in senior construction management and SMSTS. Acquiring these qualifications gave me an even broader view for my future, and when the opportunity presented itself, KSM was founded. 

I had a vision of creating a company that, not only produced what we promise, but built a reputation on integrity.
