Drylining and Partitioning

The team at KSM offer an impressive level of skill and understanding in drylining and partitioning. All walls can be drylined whether it be dot and dabbed to masonry blockwork, a variety of metal studs or gypline systems.

There are many different systems of internal plastering, the most common being skim finish over plasterboard, however at KSM, our team has an outstanding level of ability to produce a multitude of finishes. Whether it be two coat work to masonry walls offering a solid base for fixing without compromising on speed of application or adding a touch of class with a skim vaulted ceiling. Each system provides a variety of benefits but with the guarantee of an exceptional end result, all of which KSM can provide. 

Steel Framed Systems

SFS has a range of benefits, it is lightweight, galvanised and quick to install. It is made up of C and U shape studs and tracks and is a cost-effective option for any project.

SFS systems can be used in a variety of premises and scenarios, internally or externally. Our team at KSM have the ability to provide this system to our clients, ensuring a high level of workmanship each and every time. 

Suspended Ceilings

At KSM we have acquired extensive knowledge and expertise in providing suspended ceilings for our clients. Whether that be large areas made up of ceiling tiles or bespoke plasterboard feature ceilings, we have the capability of meeting our client’s vision.  

These are secondary ceilings suspended from a structure above, in turn creating a void allowing services to be hidden whilst providing fire resistance and acoustic benefits. Made up from metal framework, plasterboard and/or ceiling tiles this system offers a convenient yet aesthetically pleasing finish. 

Rendering is a finish that has evolved over the years, from more long established sand and cement, to modern day coloured renders such as K-rend and Monocouche. Render is a tried and tested favourite amongst developers and contractors, it strikes a sensational balance between an exquisite finish whilst offering longevity for the client.
